Conversion of 112 room motel to 116 workforce apartments & 54 self-storage units for tenant use.  Unit mix is comprised of studio, one and two-bedroom units.

The Urban Edge Apartments are conveniently located two miles from booming Downtown Colorado Springs and within 100 yards of public transit.  Major nearby employers include Memorial Hospital, the United States Olympic Training Center, Colorado College, The Citadel Mall and hundreds of downtown businesses.

Hotel conversion

Pagosa Springs Apartments

Conversion of a 95 room hotel to 98 workforce apartments and approximately 60 self-storage units for tenant use.

The Pagosa Springs Apartments contain a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments.  This project is aimed to correct the shortage of workforce housing created, in large part, by the steep increase in area short term rentals.  The property is within walking distance of City Market, Walmart and is also served with public transit.

HOTEL Conversion

Tabor Lake Apartment Community

Conversion of 108 room hotel and restaurant to 92 workforce apartments & climate controlled self-storage units for tenant use.  Unit mix is comprised of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

The Tabor Lake Apartment Community is located at Van Gordon and West 44th St. in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This hotel-to-workforce apartment conversion project has immediate access to Interstate 70 and is within twenty minutes of downtown Denver, Golden, Morrison, Red Rocks Amphitheatre and quick access to the high country ski areas.  The five-story building is set back from the street and backs up to Tabor Lake, part of Prospect Park.  Public transit is available directly in front of the property and access to bicycle trails is minutes away.
