Our projects can often be completed in half of the time of traditional new construction apartments at a lower cost.

As long-term Colorado residents, we are a small and nimble company, using our expertise to create safe and quality units in our home state.

Our unique retrofitting process can produce a finished product in about 18 months from the signing of a contract, compared to three years or more for traditional tax credit projects.

Additionally, our pre-fabricated new construction projects offer a faster completion time compared to site built projects – inserting quality units into communities in desperate need of attainable and affordable housing.

Evaluating location, market demand, finances, regulations, and technical feasibility determines if a construction project is viable and feasible.

Design and Planning

Develop a comprehensive design and renovation plan, optimizing space, amenities, and compliance, while creating a budget and obtaining permits.

Conversion
